I have already visited some of the units in the Headquarters
Building to get a first-hand report on the space situation and before
vary long I hope to make a visit to all the units. One of the thi*+gs
mentioned to me in the way of improving the interior of the Building
would be to change the color of the walls. As you know, some of
our people have been affected by what could be called The gray
ma[sdyI and this is especially true of some of those working in rooms
without windows. To alleviate this particular situation, I might
suggest that a brighter color scheme be used and perhaps have more
contrast in the color of the walls and the doors. This could be accorn-
pl:is.hed when it becomes necessary to repaint an office or any part of
the interior of the Building.
