Approved For Release 2007/02/16: CIA-RDP92BO1090R00270003005 0cra n,~;ygry t General Gordon A. Blake ector, National Security Agency W114, Tort George 0. Meade Maryland Dear General Blake: The Director of Central Intelligence has approv"eed steps to make the Conference Room of the United States Into .ige nce Board more attractive and functionally more useful to better serve the interests of the Board. We be- lieve that it would be especially fitting in view of the over- stance of the Board's responsibilities in the igeace community that the insignia of each of the participating agencies would be appropriately displayed an the walls of the Board room. It is the intention that an artist would design the insignias reflecting the design aad color of the original which each agency submits. Would you be good enough to forward a copy of your insignia of the National Security Agency and advise the name f an officer with whom we may be in contact insofar as further inquiry in necessary. I have requested Air. .Tames Q. p.ebe r, Chairman of the Fine Arts Commission of CIA, to supervise the work entailed in this project. He may be reached on should you or your staff desire further information.
