and Legislative Counsel the request of the Katyn Forest Massacre
Committee to declassify for public release a memorandum of 8
December 1943 to the Assistant Chief of Staff, G-2, prepared by
STATINTL (See memorandum for the Director's Log this
date). Legislative Counsel talked to Gen. Reber, Chief, Legis-
lative Liaison, Department of the Army, re above.
