3. Audit of OTR. The findings resulting from the recent audit are that the
administration of funds and property by OTR continue to be satisfactory and in
accordance with Agency policy and procedures. The audit did not disclose any-
thing that required corrective action.
4. Improvement in Training for Those Going to South Vietnam. Cable regard-

5. End-of-Course Briefing by Course Instructors. (ACTION: ALL). It will be

on June 6, 7, and 8.

DDP to participate in the experiment. (At OTR Meeting -- LTS has one CT in
full-time French training. WH Division has sent in 20 requests -- 73 from DDP.)

reti~ ees who are willing to carry out special jobs, i.e., handholding of visit-
ing dignitaries, releasing case officers to more productive tasks.

14. Management Course. The course for GS 11-14s will start next week with
50 students. Three new members of Management Training Staff will be taking
this. In the fall, a separate course for GS-14s will be established.
15. CT Program

for this three weeks' course., There were six volunteers.

b. Injured CT. is making amazing recovery,
c. July Class. Now up to 75 commitments, anticipating at least 10 more.
Some will be back-logged for the October class. Size of the class will be de-
cided within a week.
16. Training Selection Board Training
a. CSC Executive Seminars. Agency has 17 spaces, 16 at Kings Point and
one at Berkeley.
b. Brookings. Agency will have at least one nomination for each of the two
seminars.
17. DD/S Reviewing Training Requests. The DDS is getting out a Notice that
all requests for six months or more of academic training or training costing
$1000 will be reviewed by the DD/S himself.

18. Guest Speaker List. (ACTION: ALL) sked that each school
send a copy of the course schedule where guest speakers are used. This can
be sent along with the two copies that AIB now receives. In case there are
changes after the schedules are made a phone call will suffice.
19. Instructor Training. Ops School has 12 students for this July class. DTR
wishes to monitor some of the course.

quarters -- a large hall capable of seating 50 at tables and 5 seminar rooms,
