REMARKS
1. Between 8::45 a.m, and 4 p.m. on 27 October 1953, the radar installatwone
on both sides of the St. Poelten-Witt 3ndorf (0 49/14 88) road were guarded
by sentries with red-bordered black epaulets. Two soldiers with black-
bordered blue epaulets came from the :northern installation and proceeded
toward the barracks installations in-St. 1i nO1ten. 1
