MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Director-Comptroller
Last December you approved a procedure under which
presentations to Office of Training courses by non-Agency speakers are moni-
tored, and any statements or incidents considered to be of interest to the Office
of the Director are reported. Since that time, two individual reports have been
submitted. They are described in paragraph 1 of the attached memorandum.
In order to obtain a better feel for the numbers and types
of speakers whose presentations are not individually reported, I asked the Direc-
tor of Training to prepare a report of those who appeared before Agency audi-
ences during December and January. I believe you will be interested in review-
ing the report which is attached.
