Carver noted that the agreed strength figures on the NVA were used in a DIA enemy strength study done at the request of Secretary Clifford. *Maury noted that Bill Woodruff is prepared to ensure that our Senate committee will raise the matter of George Wilson's access to sensitive information the next time the Director testifies should the Director so wish.
