SUBJECT: Annex A - DCID 1/14 Adjudication Policy
and Guidance
1. The attached draft of the Annex A to DCID 1/14 was
previously approved in substance by the SECOM and forwarded
to NFIB for concurrence. The Justice Department and NSA
recommended both substantive and editorial changes. They
have been accommodated.
2. We would like your final endorsement. If no
comments are received by 1 August, your concurrence wil
be assumed. If you have significant and serious objections,
it is requested that you provide them in the form of a foot-
note with adequate backup rationale for your position so that
it can be forwarded to the NFIB for resolution. Otherwise,
we will send the paper as is to NFIB by 1 August.
