ME;IORANDUM FOR: Members, DCI Security Committee
SUBJECT: ?` DCID 1/14 Revision (U)
1. This memorandum is in lieu of minutes of the 10 and 17
June meetings of the Security Committee which were devoted pri-
marily to consideration of the report of the Investigative
Standards Working Group on revision of DCID 1/14 (U)
2. The Working Group's principal recommendation dealt with
use of the polygraph as a condition,Precedent to granting S.I
access. Security Committee discussions failed to develop a con-
sensus for that recommendation. In the absence of such a consen-
sus it was agreed that:
a) Members would articulate their position and proposals
