Despite Sukarno's statement, several thousand youths paraded.in Djakarta today demanding the dissolution of the PKI, 3, The army is also continuing its purge of leftist civil authorities, The Home Affairs Minister, Major General Sumarno, today announced the dismissal of five mayors of major Javanese cities and eight Javanese administrative dis- trict heads.
