This bill would for fiscal year 1980: (1) Authorize appropriations for (a) intelligence activities of the United States, (b) the intelligence community staff, and (c) the CIA retirement and disability system; (2) authorize the personnel and end-strengths for (n) the Cen- tral Intelligence Agency, and (b) the intelligence community staff.
