this is a request under the Freedom of Information
Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 552).
I write to request a copy of all files in the Central
Intelligence Agency indexed or maintained under the names
of the following congresspersons:

My request is for all documents and correspondence concerning
or pertaining to the above listed members of the House of
Representatives as well. The request is for documents and correspond
between the dates Au st 31 1 97k till tarah 131977.
As you know, the amended Act provides that if some or parts
of a file are exempt from release that "reasonably segregabie"
portions shall be provided. I therefore request that,
if you determinechat some portions of the requested information
are exempt, you provide me immediately with a copy of
the remainder of the file. It of course, reserve my
right to appeal any such decisions.
-If you determine that some or all of the-requested information
is exempt from release. f would appreciate your advising no
as to which exemption(s) you believe covers the information
which you are slot releasing.

As you know, the amended Act permits you to reduce or
waive the fees if that ---"i$ in the public inter*et because
furnishing the information can be considered as primarily
benefiting the public." I believe that-this request
