I am sending you an additional ad pertaining to the "Libnr,,-rtor"
pistol along with documentation that it in ho longer on the list
of the National Firearms Act. This might make it easier for your
friend to obtain one.
Also, I am sending along a letter from the H.P. White Labs
which makes mention of a 9mm model ( also mentioned in the ATF
letter). I wrote to this Mr. Strebe twice and received no reply.
Would it be possible for your office to query him, from a historical
standpoint, in an attempt to obtain specifics about this 9mm
version of the "Liberator" and how many were mode and when ?
It appears I dent have enough "Horse Power" to obtain his reply.
Possibly, this 9mm version was fiHr 05S as a try out and didn' t
make the grade. I'm certain the information that Strehe his
would be a valuable piece of developmental history concerning this
weapon.
If you are able to obtain any information from him I'd be
very greatful if you could pass it on to me. It would be much
appreciated.
