1. The subject report has been previously circulated to the USIB
as an attachment to reference. At that time it was planned to schedule
this Task Team II report on the agenda of a Board meeting. However,
it has now been decided to request that USIB members indicate their
action on the report through vote sheet.

currence in or other views on the recommendations in Section D, page
5 of the Committee on Documentation memorandum attached to reference
