The extent to which Latin American group;a following the Castro line are directly linked with, or act under instructions from, the Cuban regime. b. The extent to which groups aligned with Castro are linked with or directed by the Communists as distinct from Castro. c. The dimensions of the Castro and/or the Communist effort among the peasantry in the various Latin American countries, especially in the Andean countries of South America and others with large India~~i communities..
