a. The Committee agreed that the following missions, in addition
to those missions listed in the regular minute dated 16 July 1969,
should be stood down during the
of the President's scheduled triperiod 25 July to 5 August 1969 because

OLD HEAD SAC IDEALIST program over Cuba but decided that these missions'
should continue as scheduled.
After a brief discussion, the Committee decided to Postpone
decision on this proposal and reschedule it for consideration at
a mid-August meeting following the President's return from h is and JCS review(s) completed.
