1. An interplant competition is being conducted at the IFA Schlepperwerk,
25X1 Brandenburg-Bavel? by the plant competition com*ittee8 The contest
will be decided on the basis of points. The objectives and the number
of points to be awarded the winner are as follows:
a. Completion of scheduled job on time ten points for each participant.
b. Reducing; percentage of waste four points for brigade leader.
c. Reducing first costs, five points for each 100 DK reduction.
(1) Exceeding the technically based work norm one point for each
increase of five.
(2) Voluntary raising of norm, one point for every hour saved.
(3) Material saving, personally credited, five points for each 100 DM
saved.
(4) Saving of auxiliary materials, five points for every suggestion
with a value of 100 DK.
(5) Suggestions for improvements.
(6) Self-improvement, five points for each instance.
d. Avoidance of idle time: minus one point for each three hours lost.
e. Avoidance of breakdowns: minus one point for every five hours lost,
except in Inexcusable cases;' for these, minus one point per hour.
