5. Met with Miss Dorothy Fosdick and Mr. Richard
Perle, National Security and International Operations Subcommittee staff,
Senate Committee on Government Operations, as a followup to the meeting of
16 November 1971 and briefed them on Soviet naval construction at the Nosenko
shipyard, Nikolayev. I also briefed them on Soviet TU-16 transfers to the
Egyptians, erofl m

6. Met with Messrs. Russ Blandford and Frank Slatinshek,
House Armed Services Committee staff, and briefed them on Soviet naval
construction at the Nosenko shipyard, Nikolayev.

member of a panel before the Advanced Intelligence Seminar on Friday,
19 November. The other members of the panel were Mr. John Holdridge,
NSC Staff, and Mr. Martin Hertz, a State Department expert on the UN
