1. The compilation of the material for the LBJ
Presidential Library has been comp. leted and forwarded
to the Records Center It is my under-
standing that the 0 history has also been
completed and is awaiting final approval before a copy
of ti-Lis paper can be included in the material which
has been set aside at the Records Center as the CIA
Annex to the LBJ Presidential Library. At such time
as the 0 history has been approved, please
notify Mr. Hugh T. Cunningham, extention I so that
the necessary steps can be taken to make certain that
it is stored in the proper place
2. In order that you may ensure that your paper
reaches the correct destination, it should be labeled
for the attention of Archives
Building II The envelope in which it is enclosed
should be clearly marked sipor Retention in the LBJ
Presidential Library Collection, Index No. LBJ/HQ/DDP-122,
To Be Stored in Box No. 2". The Ohistory has
already been assigned the above index numter.
