EDAC Memo No. 35 (attached) requests all working Groups of EDAC
to provide the EDAC Executive Secretary with written notice of security
clearance. Pursuant to our previous conversations on this subject, there
is attached for , Chief, Security Division, a list of 25X1A9a
(1) those CIA employees assigned to the EDAC Executive Committee and/or
working Groups, and (2) those IWG members on whom the Executive Secretary,IWG,
holds security certifieatiOn5 1A9indicated. a
It is suggested that Z- be asked to transmit to the Executive
Secretary, EDAC (Mr. Irving Kramer, Room 1217A, Maiatico Building) a
aemorandua, a draft of which is attached, certifying to the security
clearance of the persons listed. It is believed that this will result in
a saving of time and effort on the part of member agencies of D in furnishing
to EDAC separate clearance statements on their respective r& representatives.
