The previously reported test :"tared for jet engines in the `)trausber, (i, 53/V
15) air force. depot was in operation at irregular intervals. The jet en.-ines
ran for 10 to 15 minutes. At top speed, there was a high--pitched sound Yhich
turned to a low-pitched sound and ultimately into a bubbling sound when the
en-" ino was throttled

On 16 December, six flatcars each carrying; a caterpillar tractor
and a trailer with hoisting gear were being unloaded. The projecting arias

On 30 December, several railroad cars arrived at the Strausberg-5tadt railroad
stati'>n and were then shunted to the air force depot0 Three trucks, ten
sedans., , personnel carriers with benches and back rests and a small pneumatic-
tired trailer similar to a mobile generator, were being unloaded for the depot,,
The rotor vehicles which were new and roved into the depote,,
Between 21 December and 1 January 1952, the following motor vehicles vwax,e
observed: truck came from the direction of `.'Ierneuchen and moved
toward the field; sedans occupied by air
force soldiers, were observed in the town; and truck loaded with
coal., moved to the field on 4 January.
