38. LIAISON Talked with
J. Norvi.ll Jones, Chief o-: tai::, Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, and made arrangements far OLC, to visit
the Committee rooms for a. review of trio testimony of Ambassador 25X1
Edward Mulcahy before the Subcommittee on Foreign. Assistance
on 16 December. 1.975. The portion of the testimony that we wish
to review relates to allegations made by Stockwell in his recent
book. Jones was aware of our purpose in reviewing t4-IO transcript.
and asked only that we use the information for background purposes
to which I agreed.
