SUBJECT : Central America--An Intelligence Overview
A draft of the briefing you requested during
our discussion today is attached. This makes the
case, concurred in by all our associates,that Cuba/
Nicaragua will use the apparent cause-to rebuild
and strengthen the extreme left in El Salvador and
Guatemala.
Section IV uses the intelligence approach of
"vulnerabilities" to summarize possible actions.
