1. Attaohed are four documents from Oeroid Robinson:
A copy of a pers~ l letter to me -- a helpful eoz ent
on the other documents;
(b) The long version of an article on the land problem in
Vietnam prepared for Look magazine;
(c) The shortened Look version of the above;
d) A second article an land reform focused on Latin America
but, as GTR says, also applicable to the Vietnamese
aspects of the problem.
2. You may not know that Professor Robinson is probably
the world's outstaadirr~g expert an the land problem in Czarist
Russia. This has been the focal point of his scholarly work.
it may be that his learning and wisdom on this Russian aspect
is transferrable to t:~ze Vietnamese situation.
As I said on the phone, Bob Winer would be a natuxti
