Security
1. The recent upsurge in incidents of hijacking poses
a serious threat to the security of TALENT-KEYHOLE and
n.formation. This message establishes TALENT-
KEYHOLE and Control System policy concerning the
use of commercial air for personnel and document transportation.
This message is intended only for those persons or documents
within the TALENT-KEYHOLE Systems.
2. Appropriate operating officials within the depart-
ments and agencies using the TALENT-KEYHOLE
Systems will exercise extreme caution in the review and approval
of air travel by cleared individuals.
3. No compartmented material will be carried or pouched
on commercial passenger aircraft.
