The East German book, "Who's Who in
CIA" was an immediate sellout in Wash-
ington. It purports to be a biographical
reference work of CIA officials here and
abroad. It is either a big hoax or a major
;espionage disaster. The CIA certainly does
not advertise its officials here and cer-
tainly not those abroad.
