Since 1 workshop and 2 small buildings have been completed, 2 large probable assembly buildings are in an early stage of construction, and a helicopter rotor testing facility is being erected. At the adjacent airfield, the large circular concrete helicopter landing pad has been completed and a second large concrete helicopter land- ing pad is being constructed at the opposite end of the airfield. These 2 landing pads are being connected by a network of concrete taxiways, which will serve the plant area and 28 parking hardstands; 14 of these hardstands are under construction. At least 15 helicopter crates are located near the crating and shipping building, where 2 Hound are being crated for shipment.
