1. A Life Support Equipment meeting was held 27 July 1966 and attended by
the following personnel:

vent future mistakes from occurring. Re suggested that he might have to
maintain an individual size and sold file on each subject that would saccc M-

to fit the PPG visor on all lmets the present inventory of PPG visors
can be property utilized. I _J stated that to do this a odificatiof,
the glass would no doubt have to be cut to fit and any adjustments necessary
could then be made up in the housing. He suggested the helmets be sent back
to factory for modification as soon as able. suggested we modify 25X1A~
1034.2 with flG visor as soon as 1034-4 helmet is satisfact -ry and in service,
as Subject 1054 has requested the next PPG visor. requested that 25X1 A'
all PPG visors be utilized.
