Dear Chuck: I
The Following is submitted in response to the reference
correspondence and also confirms our more recent discussions
on the subject matter.
In the writer's judgement all Contracts will be closed out
in the following indicated sequence.

should be suspended by 31 December 1967.
Accordingly, the Contractor will be able to
submit required statements to your office
during the first quarter of the calendar
year 1968. STATOTHR
M Program - Effort under this rogram will
most certainly continue into CY68. In the
writer'sjudgement the earliest this Contract
could be completed would be sometime during
the second quarter of CY1968. STATOTHR
Follow-On and Procurement - Here
again eff ill carry into CY68 and theearliest
possible completion date would: be sometime during
the second quarter of this calendar year.
FY66 S & S Program - Effort hereunder including
receipt of final sub-contract vouchers is
completed. The next monthly cost report will
constitute a final submittal. The writer will
preapre appropriate close out documentation
in the immediate future and hopefully have same
submitted prior to 15 October 1967.
FY67 S & S Program - Based upon experience under
the FY66 S & S Program the earliest this Contract
would be closed out would occur during the third
quarter of calendar year 1968.
