In response to paragraph 3 of the reference memorandum, ORE desires ad-
ditional NIRs to be developed on the following areas:
(a) Eastern Europe (Finland, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Ru-
mania, Hungary, Albania, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria)
(b) France )
) ORE's recommendation to be
(o) Italy ) completed by 1 April
(d) Brazil
(e) Argentina
(f)
In addition, ORE desires the development of scientific NIRs on the
following countries:
(a) France
(b) Sweden
(o) Belgium
(d) The Netherlands
(e) Switzerland
In connection with paragraph 2 of the reference memorandum, ORE recom-
mends that the NIR on the Middle East cover the following countries:
(a) Greece
(b) Turkey
(c) Syria and Lebanon
(d) Palestine
