Problems, dated 18 January 1957 (TCS 740-57)
1. Permission has been granted to use TINT materials on a
sanitized basis with the below listed consultants on 15-16 may:
(will not be present at the anel
discussion but may be used as a consultant later).-
2. Dr. Charles Reichardt, EC, has -made arrangements for these
consultants, most of whom are reactor engineers to continue the study
of the MDZHAYSK site on the above dates. This meeting will be conducted
by CL .SEC with invitations to the other intelligence cormnunity components.
The meetings will be held in CIA and will be conducted, in general, as
was the consultant panel held on 7 March vri.th the exception, perhaps,
that some drawing and measuring activities may take place.
3. TOP SECRRTT and QUE clearances on the above-listed individuals
have been verified by this Agency.

subject: "Outside Consultation on HT AUTOMAT Problems"
1. Pursuant to procedures outlined in reference, it is requested that
permission be granted to use TALENT materials on a sanitized basis with the
below listed consultants on 15-16 May;
2. Dr. Charles Reichardt, AEC, has made arrangements for these con-
sultants, most of whom are reactor engineers to continue the study of the
Mozhaysk site on the above dates. This meeting will be conducted by
OSI-AEC with invitations to the other intelligence community components.
The meetings will be held in CIA and will be conducted, in general, as
was the consultant panel held on 7 March with the exception, perhaps, that
some drawing and measuring activities may take place.
3. Discussions will be at the TS and Q levels. The OSI security
