L. I realize the urgent need for the two technicians requested
in your memorandum, referenced above. They will be made available
imn~ ediately.
2. It should be nested that this action will reduce the support by the
Office of Communications to other elements of this Agency. I believe
it necessary at this time that you and I discuss together, any anticipated
additional support for AQUATONE in the future. I request a meeting at
an early date.
