MEMORANDUM FOR ALL EMPLOYEES:
1. All of us in the Agency can be especially proud of the sub-
stantial support which we contributed towards the recently completed
fund-raising campaign for the National Health Agencies and the
Federal Service Joint Crusade. It is particularly noteworthy that
increases were achieved in the percentage of employees who contri-
buted, and that the average amount of our gifts resulted in higher
dollar totals in both of these campaigns.

2. Our contributions to the National Health Agencies amounted
to $30, 670, an increase of 43 percent over last year, while contribu-
tions to the Joint Crusade were $15, 595, a 17% increase over last
year. You are to be commended for your generous assistance to
these worthwhile causes.
3. I also want to make special commendation of the fine job
done by our Vice-Chairmen and Keymen whose efforts contributed
materially to our successful campaign.
