This is a follow-up to General Walters' letter of
19 March to you.
We are pleased to learn of your interest in this
organization and are enclosing two brochures for your
information. One brochure gives general information about
the Agency and the other describes our employment require-
ments and opportunities. In addition, I have asked one of our
personnel representatives, to contact
you to arrange a mutually convenient time for an interview.
He will be in your area sometime in mid-April and will be in
touch with you then.

Dear General Walters,
I don't know whether or not you remember me, but I met you once
in 1965 or 1166 STA have spoken of you often an 1 was my
father -who sugges e at I write to you. What I am looking for
is some advice which I hope that you might be able to give me.
STAT I am a Senior at and plan to graduate this
June. I will have two degrees in o atical Science and History.
I had originally planned on going to Law School, but now I have
decided that it would be more to my advantage if I were to work
for a few years before continuing with my schooling. I would like
to do something with the State Department or Foreign Service or
possibly even the CIA. I was wondering if you could tell me what
opportunities a woluan might have in the CIA and if you could ad-
vise me on what steps to take in securing such a job.
Any information or advise which you would be able to give me would
be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much; I will be waiting
to hear from you.
