SUBJECT : Request for Approval to Release Clandestine Services
Report Containing Sanitized TALENT Information
1. Transmitted herewith is a memorandum from the Directorate of Intelli-
gence, USAF to the Chairman, Utilization Advisory Board requesting that CIA
prepare an intelligence report, for dissemination outside the TALENT Control
System,
2. The Clandestine Services, utilizing the TALENT derived information
that Air Force desires be published, has prepared a report, a draft of which
25kM nclosed for your consideration and approval for release.
4. Necessary coordination on the content and format of the DDP report
has been effected between concerned Air Force and DDP elements.
