explained that and their son were with
Judge Edward S. Klein, Judge, Dade County Circuit Court,
in his chambers awaiting their return. He explained further
that under a provision of Florida law the Judge had ordered
a period of marriage counseling prior to hearing further
argument on the divorce action. By statute this period of
counseling may not exceed three months and according to
it normally lasts about a month. At the time
of making this order, the Judge directed counsels to ask
the Agency two specific questions:
(a) Would this cause
his job with the Agency . ; an a,
(b) During this period of counseling, would
be paid?

be done by a psychiatrist, psychologist or a marriage counselor;
that it would not necessarily have to be done in Florida, and
even if done in Florida, it could be done on weekends or on a
weekday at the beginning or toward the end of a workweek. I
