Dear Miss Cypert inclosed herewith is Mr. Correa's time and attendance at New York from July 3 through August 31st. There are no incidental disbursements nor is there any Washington time. Anent the telephone calls mentioned in your letter of August 4th, so much time has now elapsed that it ,s not now possible to ascertain the number of minutes. if you will refer to the statements of April 15th and the one sent with my letter of May 17th, they will give you all the Information I have about the telephone calls with the exception of the fact that they were made from this office, Whitehall 4-7400.
