MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, OCI Registry
SUBJECT : Delivery of the NID to the Senate
Armed Services Committee
1. Today the Director offered the Daily to -
Senator Stennis and the members of the Senate Armed
Services Committee. Senator Stennis and a number
of the Committee members expressed interest in
receiving the Daily, so they will.
2. We will handle this delivery as we do those
to Senator McClellan and Congressman Nedzi. The Daily
should be delivered to Mr. John T. Ticer, Room 212,
Russell Office Building after 0900 each morning, and
recovered from Mr. Ticer each afternoon. Mr. Ticer
is the Chief Clerk to the Committee and holds
appropriate clearances.
3. Please use an un-numbered copy of the Daily
marked:
Eyes Only For Mr. Ticer, Mr. Braswell,
and Members Only of the Senate Armed
Services Committee.
4. As is the case with our other Congressional
Daily deliveries the publication should not be left
if Mr. Ticer is not there. I have told him that the
OCI couriers would use their ID cards until they
became acquainted, and that a list of the couriers would
be left with him. He will receipt for the Daily and
probably ask the pick-up courier for a receipt.

5. Delivery should begin tomorrow, Wednesday,
31 July.
6. We have terminated delivery of the National
Intelligence Bulletin to Mr. Braswell.
