It was a pleasure to learn from Colonel FitzGerald that you have
agreed to address the Army War College on "The Contribution of
Science and Technology to the Strategic Threat of the USSR."
Your lecture, presently scheduled for 6 November, is an important
element of Course 3, "The Strategic Threats of the Communist
States." I know that you will contribute much to the class
understanding of the current Soviet role in the world.
