SOUTH VIETNAM President Thieu may be considering new ways to stifle press opposition. NORTH VIETNAM Hanoi is pressuring the Soviets to speed up POL deliveries, perhaps to sustain the logis- tics effort now under way. LAOS Chances are slim that a special session of the National Assembly will be held to interpel- late the government on recent economic measures.
