1. Attached is a letter fro Acting Director of
the Psychological Strategy Board, requesting designate someone
to act as a principal point of contact between this agency and the
representatives of the Departments of State and Defense and the PSB
in coordinating the initial a. mplementation of this program. During this
initial phase the terms of the plan provide that the coordinating designees
will examine the feasibility of the sr)ecial undertakings set forth in para-
graph 5(a)(2) of PSB D-33.
