Intelligence
SUBJECT Request to Speak at the Political Science
Department of Franklin and Marshall
College; Lancaster, Pennsylvania
1. I request approval to speak to several classes
at Franklin; and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
on March 977. - I wialso be meeting informally
with faculty members and upperclassmen in the Department
of Politics.
2. I will be addressing primarily classes in United
States foreign policy and comparative government without
resorting to classified information. I can be identified
as a CIA employee.
3. The cost of the trip will be less than $100, in-
volving two days of per diem and driving expenses.
