At 6 a.m. on 25 November 1953, the following material consigned to Bauunion South arrived at Jocksdorf airfield: 12 boxcars, with cement from Rothenburg, 4 flatcars with sideracka leaded with broken stones from Seelingstaedt, and 3 gondola cars with briquettes from Neupetershain. At 4 p.m. on 26 November, 4 box- ears with cement from Nie-nbur and 4 gondola cars with briquettes from Neeu$etershain arrived 2. On 6 Decemmber, construction work at the eastern eel of the runway had Trade no progress. The runway extended to as far a$ a point. 10 to'20 meters from the Preschen-Gross Schacksdorf read was 80 meters wide at this point. East of the road -%diich was open s traffic, an area about 150 meters long and 200 meters wide had been staked off and leveled but not excavated.
