1. - He will report on his tours with the Environmental Committees
aniscuss other items which have come up during his visit.
2. Office Landscaping - The installation in Rosslyn will be reviewed.
3. The January Environmental Committee Meeting - Members will be asked for ideas.
4. New Bade Reading Machine - Members will be asked for their views on the
3 December briefing.
5. EAA Display Case - EAA has requested the Commission's views on the place-
ment a glass-fronted display case, like the Employee Information case,
between the EAA Store and the Credit Union. Members should look at the area
before the meeting.
6. Entrance Bulletin Boards - On 12 March 1974 the Commission rejected a sug-
gestion to install bulletin boards at all entrances. Office of Security
has gone ahead and installed bulletin boards at the entrances. Members
should consider possible alternatives to the present situation.
7. Status of Logistics Projects -
