issues which -require clarification. I understand that I have th~.ertain
constitutional right to remain silent and that any statement I make
can be used as evidence for disciplinary action against me by CIA
or possible criminal action against me by Federal, state, or local
authorities. Any information I provide will be furnished voluntarily
on my part, of my own free will, and without any compulsion, duress,
or a promise of reward or immunity. I understand that I have the
right to confer with an attorney prior to answering any questions and
to have an attorney present during the questioning itself; if I
