I., The construction of a sing le-track railroad spur track from
the railroad station of RARAN07TICF7l (26 34E/5308?N)'i1i White
',ussian. SSR, to the airfield southeast of the toT'1n started
in April 1949, According to the -Soviet construction supers:

not completed in April 1949a The observed aircraft indicate
that the occupation of the i ield has not changed since t1 fall

there. it has not been ascertained ri ether the planes are t??in-
