Soviet authorities have transferred to Bulgaria two destroyers
of 1031 tons each with a complement of 200 men. They have three
funnels each and a speed of 35 knots.
iI 2. Eighteen PT boats of 97 tons each, and two PT boats of greater ton-
nage as well as three submarines were also given to Bulgaria.

Bulgarial called up 1?800 naval specialists who
were in former Gorman-trained cadres.
Several houdred armored motor vehicles have landed at Varna.
5. Port of Varna and entire coast to a depth of 25 kilometers
is ' forbidden to foreigners.
