1. Reference paragraph 3. AFNINB has no comment with respect to the
formats. It is our understanding that the DIA will make distribution
of the FPCS catalogs to all service elements concerned, hence AFNINB
requirement will be satisfied at that time.
2. Service elements are obligated to utilize the DIA FPCS Reporting
Manual, hence we have no requirements for copies of the USIB revision.
