of parking Violation Notices within
a period of one year.
ADVERSE ACTIONS
Dependent on the number of
occurrences, adverse administra-
tive actions will range from
letters of warning through
command channels to notice of
permanent revocation of Pentagon
parking privileges through
command channels.
2. Unauthorized use of parking
permits to include permits reported
lost, strayed or stolen] permits
improperly transferred or loaned,
i.e., individual to individual, car
pool permit to an individual not a
registered member of the car pool,
and permits that have expired or
have been declared invalid by the
Central Parking Control office.
3. Reproduction, alteration
and/or counterfeiting Pentagon
parking permits.
4. Using false information to
obtain a Pentagon parking permit,
i.e., registering non-participants
as car pool members, being carried
as a registered member of more
than one car pool at the same time
and/or falsely executing or using
falsely executed car pool valida-
tion certificates.,

of not less than six (6) months
to an indefinite period. Notifi-
cation of the revocation will be
forwarded through command channels.
