Colonel White approved the proposed
on Requests for CIA Speakers and he approved the con-
tinuance of the program. for the
current academic year. However, he stated that he would
like to be in on the review of program to
determine whether it would be continued following this
academic year. He wonders what CIA is getting out of
this participation and wonders whether it is a good or
bad precedent.

dations on the program by 1 March 1966.
